Typical dry vibrating material performance

 

Tundish dry vibrating materials can be constructed on-site by two methods, direct vibration and indirect vibration, to obtain a uniform and dense overall structure. The direct vibration method uses a vibrator to directly vibrate the refractory material. After a layer of refractory material is fully vibrated by the vibrator, the surface of the refractory material is raked, filled with a new layer of material, and then fully vibrated by the vibrator. This is done layer by layer until the construction is completed. During construction, delamination between layers should be avoided. Indirect vibration is the vibration force generated by the vibrator fixed on the inner or outer mold is transmitted to the dry vibrating mix through the template, so as to make it dense.
