The advantages of tundish exchangeable nozzle
1.Improve molten steel yield. By using tundish exchangeable nozzle, continuous casting heat number per tundish life is increased, upper nozzle open time is decreased, accordingly, remaining molten steel, wasted billet ends are decreased, thus the yield of molten steel is improved. 2.Improve billet quality. The first and last heat of one tundish life have great impact on billet quality, with the increase of continuous casting heat number, the number of fist and last heats are decreased, therefore the quality of billet is improved; 3.Stablize production schedule.
