The application of unfired brick
The unfired brick is a kind of refractory which is can directly used for constructiion use without adobe firing. Its production process is very simple. It is made by different refractory material after resonable gradation,then bonded with organic or inorganic cementing agent that has strong binding capacity. The main type of unfired brick (1) High alumina brick with the combination of aluminate cement (2) Clay brick Combined with Portland cement (3) High alumina bricks with the combination of industrial phosphoric acid and aluminium phosphate (4) High alumina brick with sulfate binding (5) Ordinary brick with water glass combination (6) Magnesia brick with combination of magnesium chloride and Magnesium Sulfate.
