The chromium zirconium corundum 50 brick still maintains excellent corrosion resistance, but the slag penetration phenomenon occurs; the chromium zirconium corundum 30 brick and the chromium corundum brick are slightly corroded, and the degree of penetration is increased; due to the chromium oxide in the slag very low solubility, chromium-containing samples have excellent resistance to slag erosion, but their resistance to slag penetration is general; high alumina bricks have the most serious erosion, and the interface structure of the sample and slag contact is no longer visible; corundum mullite after the brick working layer is corroded by the slag, anorthite is formed, which promotes the densification of the matrix and hinders the further penetration of the slag; Due to the high apparent porosity, the corrosion resistance and penetration resistance of the aluminum chromium silicon carbide brick are better.
