If the chemical reaction rate at the interface is the smallest, it means that the chemical reaction at the interface is the limiting link at this time. If the diffusion is at the slowest time, it means that the diffusion is a restrictive link at this time. Temperature has an impact on chemical reaction and diffusion. The rate of chemical reaction is greatly affected by temperature. The rate of relative motion has a greater impact on the rate of diffusion, while the effect of temperature on diffusion is relatively small.
