The conditions required for stable operation of blast furnace are as follows:
1. Good raw material quality, containing low harmful impurities, with good metallurgical performance.

2. The quality and quantity of raw material for blast furnace should be stable and balanced, and the production does not appear to cause the sintering, pellets.

3. The blast furnace foremen have high technical quality, high level operation of blast furnace, develop a scientific and perfect operating procedures (blast furnace needs standard deviation operation), no operational error basically, put an end to major accidents.

4. Achieve inspection, repair on time, shorten the equipment maintenance time, does not appear a major accident.

5. Respect the basic principles of metallurgy, the implementation of the scientific concept of development, do not appear management decision-making mistakes and blind command.

6. Able to maintain a long time of blast furnace reasonable profile, active hearth, and suitable gas flow (upper and lower adjustment properly, mutual adaptation), the furnace work well.
